Rob Zandbergen

Chairman, Managing Corporate Executive Officer, Head of Global Staffing Business CEO, RGF Staffing, CEO, USG People Holdings B.V.

Rob Zandbergen has been active in the staffing industry since 2003. He began his career in the military, graduating from the Royal Netherlands Military Academy in Breda. He then studied business economics at the University of Amsterdam. Since then, he has held several national and international executive and supervisory positions at publicly listed companies, including USG People, a Recruit company.

Stacey Lane

Board Director, Chief Executive Officer
Stacey Lane is the Chief Executive Officer for Staffmark Group. She drives the strategic direction, business operations, and execution for eight major staffing brands and is a driving force behind Staffmark Group’s transformation as a data-driven organization with a human touch at its core. Lane has a proven track record of leading high-performance teams, creating a strong workplace culture, and developing people, and she brings a pioneering attitude to business challenges. She bets on a people-first strategy and focuses on delivering customer experiences that are the best in the industry, which has resulted in high levels of customer loyalty and client satisfaction.
Lane is a trusted advisor and thought leader with more than 27 years of staffing industry experience and was named to the SIA Global 150 – Women in Staffing list, which celebrates the most influential women in the staffing industry in both 2019 and 2020, and she is committed to the advancement of women in leadership and diversity and inclusion. She is active in the Women in Leadership Council through the American Staffing Association and volunteers at Second Harvest Food Bank and Coachella Valley Rescue Mission. She is a Certified Staffing Professional with the American Staffing Association.

Takashi Nishimura

Takashi Nishimura

Takashi Nishimura joined Advantage Resourcing American, Inc. (ARA) and Advantage Resourcing Europe B.V. (ARE) as Board Director in April 2014. He also currently serves as Executive Manager of International Business Management Office. He is responsible for auditing international subsidiaries and supporting their strategic planning.

He joined Recruit in 1997 and has since served in the HR department, New Business Development Office, Corporate Strategy Office, and Corporate Business Management Office, respectively.

He received his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Doshisha University in 1997. In 2003, he attended MIT as an Advanced Study Program Fellow in the School of Engineering.

Suzanne M. Perry

Chief Human Resource Officer

Suzanne Perry, PHR, is responsible for the human resources, compensation, and benefits programs for Staffmark Group and its family of staffing brands. She has worked in the human resource field since 1986 with an emphasis on employee relations, compensation, benefits, recruitment, selection, and legal compliance.

Prior to joining Staffmark, Perry held senior human resources positions, both domestic and abroad, at Fortune 500 companies. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and received her professional certification in 1994. Perry also received her Certified Staffing Professional accreditation from the American Staffing Association.

Perry received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Jose State University and her Master of Business Administration from Thomas More College.

Forrest Wagner

Chief Information Officer

Forrest Wagner serves as the Chief Information Officer for Staffmark Group and its family of staffing brands. Wagner has over 21 years of experience in information technology ranging from web design, custom application development, database design, infrastructure maintenance and support, and project management.

As CIO, he is responsible for building and supporting the company's technology infrastructure, applications, and business processes in support of recruiting and staffing, as well as driving innovation and technology solutions to provide business value and the best experience for our clients and employees.

Staffmark Group CFO Tom Simeur

Tom Simeur

Chief Financial Officer

Tom Simeur is the Chief Financial Officer for Staffmark Group and its family of staffing brands. Simeur has more than 26 years of experience in the staffing-related industry and over 30 years of experience in FP&A and accounting.  Simeur supports the field with tools, data, and analysis in their quest for industry-leading growth. He is responsible for many initiatives, including implementation of the BI reporting platform, design and implementation of incentive plans, business plans, budgets, and various support tools.

Simeur has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University and holds a Certificated Staffing Professional (CSP) designation from the American Staffing Association (ASA).

Melissa Bowman-Miller

Senior Vice President, Risk Management

Melissa Bowman-Miller is the Senior Vice President of Risk Management and Compliance Officer for Staffmark Group and its family of staffing brands. She has over 27 years of staffing and risk management experience. She is responsible for all aspects of Risk Management including Property/Casualty, Management Liability insurance, Safety, and Workers’ compensation claims management – with past responsibilities including employment screening and unemployment. Bowman-Miller’s successful management of these areas have been integral to the organization’s success.

Bowman-Miller earned a M.S. from Clemson University in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and holds a Certified Staffing Professional designation from the American Staffing Association (ASA). She has been published in various Risk/Staffing periodicals and is a National and Regional speaker on staffing and risk-related topics. She is a current Risk Insurance Management Society (RIMS) Board member, RIMS National Delegate, past President of the Ohio River Valley Chapter of RIMS, and past Chair of the ASA Workers’ Compensation Committee.

Clara Davis

Senior Vice President, Finance/Group Controller

Clara Davis is responsible for all aspects of accounting operations, overseeing all transactions related to general ledger, receivables, payables and financial reporting – ensuring all records are maintained in accordance with GAAP. Davis also oversees the treasury functions of the organization along with credit, purchasing, and real estate.

She has previously served as Vice President of Administration and Senior Vice President of Finance. Davis has been in the Staffing sector for over 22 years.

Davis earned her Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science degree from Nova Southeastern University.

Emily Giltner

Senior Vice President, Enterprise Operations

Emily Giltner is the Senior Vice President of Enterprise Operations for Staffmark Group and its family of staffing brands. Giltner has 29 years of experience in the staffing industry and has served in many roles from Account Manager to Vice President of Operations. Giltner leads the company's operations support team as well as our learning and development group, and she is responsible for many initiatives, including the integration of front and back office platforms and the investigation, development, and implementation of world-class technology to support our field.

Giltner has a bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from Western Kentucky University and holds both the Certified Search Consultant (CSC) and Certificated Staffing Professional (CSP) designations from the American Staffing Association (ASA). She is a past Chairman of the ASA Education Committee, and she continues to serve as a member of that committee. She has also served on the ASA Operational Excellence Taskforce.

John Koberg

Senior Vice President, Field Operations

John Koberg, CSP, is the Senior Vice President of Field Operations for Staffmark Group's commercial staffing operations. He joined our team in 2009 and has been in the staffing industry for over 28 years, holding a variety of roles from account manager, account executive, professional services recruiter, branch manager, and operations manager, region director, and region VP. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of vertical markets within the staffing and specialty services arena, including professional/technical services and call centers.

Koberg graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing.

Sally Lynch

Senior Vice President, National Sales

Sally Lynch is the Senior Vice President of National Sales for Staffmark Group and its family of staffing brands. Lynch has more than 30 years of experience in sales and account management, and during her time with Staffmark, she's brought together a first-class national sales and account management team. She is responsible for business development in the company's strategic business lines and developing solutions that exceed our clients' expectations, which has led to a proven history of impeccable service delivery.

Lynch holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Texas in Austin.

Brent Rodgers

Senior Vice President, Specialty

Brent Rodgers joined our team in 2000 as Director of Strategic Sales in the Southeast region. He has held several key positions within Staffmark Group including Regional Vice President for Georgia and South Carolina. In 2006, Rodgers turned his focus to drive the expansion and growth of the Cost Per Unit, engineered labor division, as Vice President of Sales. He has been instrumental in the development of key client partnerships nationally by identifying supply chain management, operational cost improvement, and labor management strategies based on LEAN manufacturing principles.

Rodgers has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Shawnee State University.

Tom Schmidt

Senior Vice President, Technical

Tom Schmidt is the Senior Vice President of our Advantage Resourcing Technical Services team, which includes Staffmark Professional Services, as well as the Technical (Engineering and IT) and Automotive businesses. Schmidt’s group is responsible for ensuring our client's competitive success by providing highly skilled Talent and Talent Services within the Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, and professional placement specialties across North America.

Schmidt has more than 22 years of U.S. and Global experience in the Staffing, Technical Services, and Talent Acquisition industries, and he is also a U.S. Army Veteran.

Barbara Simmer

Senior Vice President, Field Operations

Barbara Simmer is the Senior Vice President of Field Operations for our commercial staffing operations. She joined the company three years ago and has more than 20 years of experience in staffing and recruiting. She has a strong background in both sales and operations, having served in roles from Branch Manager to General Manager. In her current role, she focuses on sales mentorship, branch operations, and improving service delivery and engagement across the company.

Simmer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with dual majors in Human Resources and Management from Ottawa University.

Pat Treacy

Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Patrick (Pat) Treacy is the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Staffmark Group and its family of staffing brands. Treacy oversees contract negotiation, real estate, risk evaluation and management, regulatory compliance, and employment disputes. He has more than 30 years of experience in safety, risk, and the law.

Treacy earned his law degree from St. John's University School of Law and is a member of the Bar Association in Connecticut, the District of Connecticut, New York, and Ohio. He is currently the President of the Connecticut chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel and serves on several industry committees, including the American Staffing Association Legal and Legislative Committee.

Karen Waldrop

Senior Vice President, Workforce Solutions

Karen Waldrop is Senior Vice President for Staffmark Group's Workforce Solutions, where she spearheads the development of On-site Partnerships throughout the United States.  With an unwavering dedication to understanding clients' operational needs, Karen and her team's expertise lies in crafting comprehensive service plans and implementing tailored solutions for on-site staffing programs that span from 50 talented individuals to over 2,500.

Having successfully overseen the establishment of more than 240 on-site programs, Karen's team collaborates  to design custom solutions, encompassing everything from large-scale recruiting strategies to effective onboarding and retention tactics. Her approach is firmly rooted in a results-oriented mindset, utilizing data-driven measurements to drive continuous improvement and ensure optimal outcomes for clients and stakeholders alike.
